Marketing Brand Trainee – Coaching & Travel

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Brand Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team in Singapore. This full‑time, entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in brand promotion, sales support, and event coordination. You will receive comprehensive training and one‑to‑one mentorship from day one, allowing you to develop communication, confidence and teamwork skills while contributing to real marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in planning, executing and monitoring brand campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support sales initiatives through customer outreach, lead generation and follow‑up.
• Participate in organizing events, networking sessions and travel‑related projects.
• Collect and analyse market feedback to improve customer engagement and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Enjoy working with people and open to feedback.
• Willing to step outside your comfort zone.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with no prior experience required.
