Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive both online and offline marketing initiatives, leveraging AI tools and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and generate leads. The role blends creative content production, data‑driven campaign optimization, and customer‑service insight analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Design posters, banners, and promotional assets using MidJourney and related AI‑driven tools.
• Shoot, edit, and produce video assets with CapCut or similar software.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and DeepSeek to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer‑service feedback from social media, e‑commerce platforms, food‑delivery apps, surveys and in‑store channels, then translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Support offline and online campaigns, including in‑store promotions, events, digital ads, and printed materials.
• Explore new sales and distribution channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, food‑delivery platforms, corporate gifting) in collaboration with operations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and customer‑service roles.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
