Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join TWG Tea's global Marketing Communications team at its Singapore headquarters. The role supports the planning, creation and execution of brand and retail marketing initiatives across local and international markets, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans that align with the global brand strategy.
• Create and adapt marketing collaterals and content for different markets, languages and channels.
• Execute retail activations, paid social advertising, email marketing, media planning and advertising, as well as consumer events, sponsorships and partnership programmes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise activities based on insights.
• Collaborate with mall partners, digital, retail operations and corporate sales teams to maximise brand visibility and drive sales across channels.
• Liaise with overseas subsidiaries and franchise partners to ensure local activations follow global brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing communications, preferably within luxury, consumer goods or hospitality sectors.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, innovative mindset.
