Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will own the execution of Club21’s customer relationship marketing across eDM, SMS and direct mail. You will ensure every customer communication is accurate, on‑brand and compliant while supporting the broader marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute the eDM, SMS and direct‑mail calendar, handling scheduling, setup and testing.
• Define and apply customer segmentation and targeting in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
• Manage member lifecycle programmes such as welcome, birthday, win‑back and year‑end appreciation, including gifting and courier coordination.
• Prepare monthly CRM performance reports and ad‑hoc store reports, translating data into actionable insights.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with data‑protection (PDPA) policies.
• Lead tactical promotions from concept through creative briefing, printing, distribution and results tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for programme collaterals and support marketing operations.
• Assist the Marketing Director in integrated marketing planning and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM or email marketing.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with eDM/SMS platforms and campaign setup/testing.
