Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join RX’s global events and exhibitions team. The role will drive multi‑channel B2B marketing initiatives that attract high‑quality visitors and support sales revenue across our portfolio of around 350 annual events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi‑channel marketing plan (online, offline, PR, database) aligned with KPI targets.
• Measure, analyse and optimise campaign performance to deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of marketing activities.
• Lead the Buyers programme and other event‑related initiatives to increase visitor quality.
• Manage timelines, coordinate multiple tasks and support the sales team in driving space sales, sponsorships and digital revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in event or multi‑channel marketing, including digital and database management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing external partners and cross‑regional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings, multitask and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for events and innovative marketing approaches.
