Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will translate strategic direction into actionable plans across digital, content, events and performance channels while collaborating closely with Product, Sales and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, events and paid media.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: planning, coordination, execution, evaluation and reporting.
• Develop marketing materials and sales enablement collateral aligned with brand positioning.
• Manage and optimise customer acquisition channels, monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Analyse weekly and monthly metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Operations and Creative teams to ensure marketing alignment.
• Oversee external agencies, designers, copywriters and performance‑marketing vendors, setting KPIs and reviewing deliverables.
• Track and report key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth or digital campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
