M&E Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead mechanical and electrical works across our construction projects in Singapore. The role involves ensuring that all M&E activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical designs and drawings for on‑site construction.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.
• Integrate civil, architectural and M&E works with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare progress reports, identify delays, defects and propose rectification measures.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E‑related technical issues.
• Report M&E progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, sub‑contractors and clerk‑of‑works.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within construction.
