M&E Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified M&E Project Engineer to lead mechanical and electrical installations across various construction projects in Singapore. The role involves supervising site works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and quality of M&E works to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors for design clarifications and site issues.
• Conduct inspections and testing & commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support the project manager in M&E planning, procurement, and reporting.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and documentation related to M&E works.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of M&E project or site experience.
• Good knowledge of local building codes and safety practices.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
