Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Servier Singapore, part of one of the largest private French pharmaceutical groups, is looking for a motivated Medical Representative to promote its ethical products to healthcare professionals. The role involves delivering high‑quality calls, promotional activities and supporting continuing medical education (CME) initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned territory sales and activities in line with company objectives.
• Perform territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Establish and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Execute and leverage digital tools to enhance engagements.
• Implement an omnichannel sales and marketing plan.
• Manage and plan actions based on the allocated budget.
• Perform other duties as entrusted by the immediate manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical sales representative or similar role.
• Proactive, self‑driven and enthusiastic learner with strong passion for sales and marketing.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Persuasive and resilient.
• Effective communication abilities.
