Merchandising Coordinator

About the role

The Merchandising Coordinator will support the regional Merchandise Operations team by managing the ranging process, maintaining system data, and ensuring timely execution of seasonal workflows. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, this role bridges global, market and cross‑functional teams to keep product information accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute all merchandising operations, templates, systems, data and key timelines.
• Collaborate with global, market and cross‑functional partners to complete tasks and communicate updates.
• Implement, document and enforce processes and calendars involving diverse stakeholders.
• Share project status, escalate risks and ensure visibility and timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate product line lists, pricing and master data.
• Ensure data integrity in systems and databases, providing support and training to the team.
• Recommend workflow and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in merchandising, category management or planning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility and ability to meet high‑pressure deadlines.
• Team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
