Mobile Application Developer - AI Neobank App

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑powered Neobank app and seeks an Android engineer who loves clean user flows, fast performance, and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create seamless mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Improve app performance, crash rate, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics, user behaviour data and production issues to iterate on the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences only when they genuinely enhance the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong Android fundamentals with production‑grade apps shipped.
• Good knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Solid sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and user flows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Fast execution, high ownership and strong attention to product quality.
• Portfolio links (App Store, GitHub, screenshots) are a strong advantage.
