New Business Account Executive

About the role

Twilio is looking for a New Business Account Executive to join its Global Sales organization. You will prospect, solution‑sell, and close new business across the full Twilio platform, becoming a strategic partner for fast‑growing enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and own a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).
• Lead analytical, consultative sales cycles that move beyond transactional vendor relationships.
• Build trusted relationships at all levels of enterprise accounts, including C‑suite engagement.
• Partner with Specialist Sales, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Solutions Engineering to design and close complex deals.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to incubate new solutions and drive platform adoption.
• Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously while maintaining high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling multi‑product solutions to large enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to multi‑thread accounts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with finance, legal, pricing, product, and operations teams.
