Non-Accountancy Graduate Audit Associate Programme

About the role

KPMG Singapore is offering a 24‑month Non‑Accountancy Graduate (NAG) Programme designed for recent graduates without an accounting background. You will start with a three‑month fully‑sponsored foundation module, then transition into the Audit function as an Audit Associate, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in planning, executing and finalising audit engagements for clients in diverse sectors.
• Prepare and review audit work papers, ensuring sufficient and appropriate audit evidence.
• Analyse client financial information and business processes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and partners to present audit findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2027 intake) with a non‑accountancy degree.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn accounting and auditing fundamentals.
