About the role

KPMG Singapore is offering a 24‑month Non‑Accountancy Graduate (NAG) Programme designed for recent graduates without an accounting background. The programme combines a three‑month fully‑sponsored foundation phase with a subsequent placement as an Audit Associate, providing a fast‑track entry into the audit profession.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a three‑month foundation curriculum covering core accounting and auditing concepts.
• Receive a monthly allowance while undertaking the foundation training.
• Join the Audit function as an Audit Associate after the foundation phase.
• Participate in a tailored, on‑the‑job training programme for the remaining 21 months.
• Develop technical and industry knowledge across KPMG’s audit lines of business.
• Contribute to audit engagements for clients in diverse sectors such as industrials, technology, financial services, and real estate.
