About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist specialising in geriatric care to join our interprofessional team at AWWA Ltd. The role is part‑time and involves delivering person‑centered therapy across nursing homes, day rehabilitation centres, community hospitals and home‑based services in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Assess individual client needs and develop tailored occupational therapy programmes.
Implement and monitor therapy plans, reviewing effectiveness regularly.
Collaborate with speech therapists, physiotherapists and other disciplines throughout the rehabilitation process.
Refer clients to appropriate specialists for further consultation and intervention.

Required profile

Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.
