Operation Management Engineer – Productivity

About the role

As an Operation Management Engineer focused on productivity, you will lead teams to meet delivery targets, drive process standardisation and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the operation team to meet delivery requirements.
• Set and review line performance KPI targets on daily, weekly and monthly timeframes.
• Drive the team to achieve KPIs such as Move, Cycle Time, wafer out and CLIP with clear priorities.
• Develop and maintain operation dashboards and management reports for line performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for productivity, cycle‑time, throughput and capacity improvements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects focused on waste elimination, cost reduction, automation and productivity gains.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations or continuous improvement, preferably in semiconductor or electronics.
• Proven track record of participating in cross‑functional improvement initiatives with measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, resourceful team player.
