About the role
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to lead our construction and fabrication yard. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all workers on the construction and fabrication site.
- Engage with clients to discuss project mobilisation and demobilisation of manpower.
- Monitor site progress and prepare monthly progress reports for claims.
- Compile and submit material requirement lists to the office.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Middle‑management experience in construction or fabrication environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
