Operations Analyst – Corporate Actions

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Corporate Actions team of a leading financial institution in Singapore. The role focuses on end‑to‑end processing of corporate action events, settlements and related operational support. It is suitable for candidates with exposure to securities operations or related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end processing of corporate action events such as dividends and rights issues.
• Execute post‑trade, payment and settlement activities accurately and on time.
• Review reconciliations, exception reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements and change initiatives.
• Support implementation of new products, markets and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Experience or exposure to corporate actions, securities operations, asset servicing, settlements or investment operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet operational deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Entry‑level candidates with relevant internships are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
