Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily receipt, preparation, and cooking of roasted food products. The role ensures strict adherence to food quality standards while managing equipment and supply issues in our Woodlands facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive food ingredients and raw materials from suppliers as required for daily operations.
• Slice, grind, and cook meats using a full range of cooking methods.
• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
• Season and prepare a wide variety of roasted products according to prescribed recipes.
• Address day‑to‑day equipment and supply problems, including disposal of spoiled or defective items.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Required profile

• Good attitude, hardworking, and committed.
• Attentive to details and meticulous to ensure smooth operations with minimal errors.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hungry to learn with a passion for self‑development.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and night schedules.
