About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily business operations across Singapore. The role involves ensuring standards are met, handling reporting duties and supporting night‑shift activities when required.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Create and implement standards while holding staff accountable.
Oversee business processes and ensure timely multi‑task reporting.
Resolve issues and disputes promptly.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
