Packer – 6-Month Contract (5-Day Week)

About the role

The Wooden Packers are responsible for preparing, packing, and securing products using wooden crates and other materials to ensure safe storage and transportation. This is a 6‑month contract position working Monday to Friday at our Taman Jurong site.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise to on‑site packing teams and follow the assigned schedule and location.
• Prepare, pack, and secure products in wooden crates using appropriate tools.
• Label packed crates accurately with shipping or storage information.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when handling materials and operating tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of packing tasks.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and follow standard work procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year on‑site packing experience (preferred).
• Strong observance of safety measures.

Required skills

• Hot seal tool operation.
• Power drilling tool operation.

What we offer

• Monthly salary SGD 1,900 – 2,000 (approximately $12‑$13 per hour, OT applicable).
• Fixed‑term 6‑month contract.
• Full‑time schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Work location: Taman Jurong, Singapore (nearest MRT Boon Lay).
