Paralegal – Motor Claims Litigation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive to support motor claims litigation across Singapore. You will work closely with lawyers and managers to ensure cases are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in recording accident details and assess liability.
• Gather accident evidence such as photos, videos, police reports and medical records.
• Prepare, format and submit court documents (pleadings, affidavits) within strict deadlines.
• Maintain electronic case files, track case chronology and manage hearing schedules.
• Help assemble trial bundles, hearing folders and organise documents for client meetings.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and legal teams, take notes and follow‑up.
• Handle general administration tasks including document scanning, expense claims and routine correspondence.

Required profile

• No minimum education requirement.
• At least 2 years of experience handling motor accident claims as a claimant.
• Familiarity with civil court procedures, NIMA, PIMA and e‑Litigation filing.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,500.
• Additional closure incentives/bonus after probation.
