About the role

We are seeking a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join Ma Cuisine’s dynamic brunch café in Singapore. The role is part‑time, covering three days a week, and offers the chance to work in a Michelin‑starred environment with a focus on high‑quality service and an extensive wine selection.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service operations during shifts.
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, ensuring a bespoke dining experience.
• Handle orders, serve food and beverages, and manage table turnover efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill guest requests promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask, work in a small team, and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
