Partner Excellence Center Lead – SEA

About the role

The Partner Excellence Center Lead for Southeast Asia will drive the growth and adoption of SAP Cloud solutions across the region. You will work closely with the Partner Ecosystem Success team, regional sales, marketing, and delivery groups to raise partner maturity and enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partner programs within the SEA market.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver high‑touch enablement and coaching for key partners on Business Suite, GROWFAST, AI, BTM, BTP and line‑of‑business solutions such as CX, HCM and DSC.
• Advance partner maturity across business development, sales, pre‑sales, delivery and customer success functions.
• Communicate SAP value propositions and guide partners to create differentiated IP using tools like QPPS and VPUCs.
• Identify knowledge gaps in the partner ecosystem and close them with targeted coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP and line‑of‑business cloud offerings.
• Strong program‑management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in matrix and indirect go‑to‑market organizations, preferably in the mid‑market space.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to lead virtual teams with minimal supervision.
