Partnership Executive

About the role

The Commercial Development Department is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage event‑related sponsorships and marketing activations across Singapore’s transit network. The role involves close collaboration with partners, government agencies and internal teams to deliver successful station‑based campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with partners to activate transit spaces for sponsorships, paid events and thematic activations across stations and bus interchanges.
• Execute purchase orders and process invoices using SBST’s internal procurement and financial systems.
• Attend site visits with partners and sponsors to explain station constraints in line with LTA regulations.
• Collaborate with LTA Regulation and Licensing Group, Development and Building Control, and other government agencies to secure approvals for paid station activations.
• Organise launch events involving ministers, community leaders and grassroots groups.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for marketing and sales pitches.
• Ability to work closely with internal departments such as Facilities Management, Operations, Retail and Advertising.
