Part‑Time Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Prep

About the role

Join Paul Singapore as a Service Crew member on a part‑time basis, delivering friendly and efficient service in a fast‑moving café environment. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while preparing quality food and beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a calm presence during busy periods.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to quality standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to operational policies, including cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Work effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior F&B experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, bubbly personality with a high level of energy.
• Ability to create a warm, friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Positive attitude toward feedback and a strong service mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Availability to start immediately is advantageous.
