About the role
The Patient Service Associate provides front‑line support in healthcare facilities across the East and North‑East regions of Singapore. This 1‑year temporary contract involves direct interaction with patients, handling appointments and payments, and ensuring smooth operation of self‑service kiosks.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients into the system
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Assist patients using self‑service kiosks
- Provide customer service support and answer queries
- Perform general administrative duties
