People Services Payroll Specialist

About the role

The People Services Payroll Specialist will support accurate and compliant payroll operations for Moët Hennessy, focusing on Singapore, Malaysia and potentially other regions. Reporting to the People Services Senior Payroll Manager, the role drives efficiency, automation and continuous improvement across payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for end‑to‑end payroll and tax execution, ensuring timely processing, salary payments, pension contributions and tax filings.
• Maintain business continuity, meet service level agreements, keep process documentation up‑to‑date and de‑escalate issues promptly.
• Administer leave system configurations in line with policy changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, reviewing and improving service quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and lean concepts.
• Respond to audit and statutory queries, maintaining compliance standards.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery and up‑skilling the team.
