Performance Marketing Manager – MetaSearch

About the role

Klook is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own its Hotel and Car Rental verticals on leading metasearch platforms. You will act as the main liaison between external partners and internal product, engineering, and pricing teams, ensuring commercial and technical integrity while driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for metasearch partners, handle technical troubleshooting, align roadmaps, and spot scaling opportunities.
• Strategic Growth & Execution: Design and execute platform‑specific growth strategies, monitor daily spend, traffic, and budget pacing to meet ROI and volume targets.
• Performance Ownership: Analyse channel performance, turn data into actionable insights, and lead post‑performance reviews.
• Bidding & Campaign Optimization: Perform daily bidding adjustments and campaign tweaks, tracking KPIs to improve revenue and profitability.
• Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Work with the Pricing team to design, configure, and test pricing models that support business objectives.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level marketing professional with proven experience managing performance campaigns on metasearch platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating data into growth initiatives.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate with product, engineering, and pricing teams.
• Hands‑on optimizer who can balance day‑to‑day execution with strategic commercial management.
