Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

About the role

Blockchain.com, a leading global crypto company, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to own and scale its mobile user acquisition strategy. The role focuses on data‑driven execution, aggressive ROAS optimization, and hands‑on management of major advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other channels.
• Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while meeting mobile user acquisition targets.
• Serve as the expert user of AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Brief design/creative teams and validate ad copy and video scripts, leveraging AI tools for creation and optimization.
• Detect and prevent mobile ad fraud using specialized tools.
• Self‑serve data analysis via SQL, Looker, and Tableau to reduce reliance on data teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance/growth marketing experience focused on mobile app growth.
• Proven success optimizing campaigns for ROAS and managing monthly budgets over USD 300k.
• Expert knowledge of AppsFlyer and hands‑on experience with Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok ad platforms.
• Fluent professional and technical English.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or gaming industries is preferred.
