Performance Media Manager

About the role

Dyson is seeking a Global Performance Media Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of performance media across all markets. The role centres on Paid Search while also overseeing Paid Social and Affiliate initiatives, ensuring a seamless full‑funnel approach that drives revenue and return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Own global Paid Search strategy, execution standards, optimisation and reporting, partnering with markets and agencies to maximise ROAS.
• Support Paid Social and Affiliate programmes, aligning them with global standards and identifying scaling opportunities.
• Lead relationships with key partners such as Omnicom, Google and Adthena, holding them to Dyson’s performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with See/Think media teams to align lower‑funnel activity with upper‑funnel brand initiatives.
• Maintain a global performance dashboard, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations to markets and senior leadership.
• Conduct ongoing campaign analysis, design media experiments and champion data quality, tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
• Leverage industry and competitor intelligence to inform strategy and drive innovation.

Required profile

• Deep functional expertise in performance media combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Comfortable interrogating bid strategies, presenting insights to senior stakeholders and coaching market teams.
• Ability to translate global strategy into market‑ready execution and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
