Pharmacist – Regulatory & Business Operations

About the role

As a Pharmacist focusing on Regulatory & Business Operations at Miraco Nutripharm, you will ensure that our pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements meet the highest quality standards while being efficiently distributed to customers. You will be responsible for product registrations, regulatory compliance, and daily operational tasks that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage licenses and product listings in Singapore and overseas to ensure regulatory compliance and market access.
• Develop and maintain safety and quality control protocols to protect product integrity and operational stability.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment with internal teams and suppliers, and support supply‑chain optimisation.
• Handle customer enquiries, process orders, analyse data, and drive initiatives that improve customer retention and market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and execute projects that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid licence from the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Experience in product registrations, quality assurance, supply‑chain management or related operations within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Business One.
• Advanced Excel skills for data‑driven analysis and decision‑making.
