Pharmacovigilance & QA Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time PV & QA Associate to support our pharmaceutical services team in Singapore. The role combines pharmacovigilance, quality assurance and packaging material management, offering a clear career path towards senior executive positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage packaging and labeling materials for repackaging activities, including artwork handling, procurement, requirement analysis, documentation and budgeting.
• Coordinate and audit vendors to ensure high‑quality print and regulatory compliance of packaging materials.
• Perform routine batch record reviews and product releases in line with company, principal and regulatory specifications.
• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, adhering to Good Distribution Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
• Assist in planning, executing and following up internal and external audits, including those conducted by health authorities or principals.
• Conduct literature searches and support the PV Manager with safety‑related activities to ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practice.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Science or related field.
• Junior‑level experience or strong academic background suitable for a junior executive role.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore on a part‑time basis.

Required skills

• Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) knowledge.
• Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) familiarity.
• Experience with batch record review and product release processes.
• Regulatory compliance and audit support capabilities.
• Literature search techniques for safety monitoring.
