Plant Maintenance Lead – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Lead to head our Maintenance Department and ensure the long‑term reliability of our tank farm and plant operations in Singapore. The role involves developing maintenance systems, supervising preventive and corrective work, and driving continuous improvement across all plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance system for the tank farm and plant.
• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment such as air compressors, generators, pumps, motors, engines and control panels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and data for all plant assets.
• Ensure all work follows WSH risk‑control measures and safe work procedures.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, propose improvement plans and implement process enhancements.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for installation, servicing and repair activities.
• Participate in management meetings to share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Allocate daily maintenance manpower and manage workforce planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant or equipment maintenance within a tank farm or similar industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 is a plus.
