PR & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned PR & Communications Manager to lead our international public relations efforts. You will shape the narrative around our AI‑driven products, work closely with external agencies, and support senior leadership on all external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day international PR activities, including media outreach, interviews, announcements, Q&As, briefing materials, and executive talking points.
• Act as the primary internal liaison for external PR agencies, managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with leadership, legal, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure consistent external communications.
• Serve as the first line of coordination for crisis and sensitive communications.
• Craft customer stories and compelling narratives that highlight PatSnap’s AI innovations.
• Maintain media relationships, trackers, coverage reports, and communication workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, media research, interview preparation, sentiment analysis, and emerging geo‑related insights.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of PR/Communications experience, preferably with strong agency exposure; in‑house experience is a plus.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills and fluency in Mandarin.
• Proven track record in media outreach, press material development, interview coordination, and crisis communications.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience operating across Singapore, Greater China, and other international markets.
• Solid understanding of technology and AI concepts.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex.
