Preventive Maintenance Technician – Lithography

About the role

We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance Technician specialized in lithography equipment to join our manufacturing site. The role involves ensuring the reliability of production machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lithography production equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, replace defective components, and support rapid recovery to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, calibration and servicing of machines.
• Assist with equipment setup, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists and service reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors and production teams during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation or industrial environments.
• Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts and provide standby or overtime support when required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
