Principal Human Resources Executive

About the role

SAESLA is seeking a Principal Human Resources Executive to lead the transformation of its HR performance and talent development processes. You will own the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management system and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and reporting.
• Administer the Performance Improvement Plan process and advise managers on performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and related policies.
• Design and implement career‑planning frameworks, partnering with business units to define career pathways.
• Provide advisory support and training to managers and employees on performance and career matters.
• Identify automation opportunities and support strategic talent‑development projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management and performance management.
