Principal Signal Integrity Engineer – R&D Networking Platforms

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer to lead the signal and power integrity strategy for its next‑generation networking platforms. This onsite position will be based in an HPE office and focuses on architecting high‑performance, scalable network solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the signal and power integrity (SI/PI) technical strategy across multiple networking hardware families.
• Architect next‑generation network platforms, ensuring industry‑leading performance, bandwidth, and power efficiency.
• Establish design methodologies, standards, and best practices for SI/PI throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serve as the technical authority, influencing architecture, design decisions, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SI/PI considerations into system and PCB designs.
