Private Bank Internship – Front Office & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, tech‑savvy intern to join the Private Bank team at HL Bank Singapore. The role provides hands‑on exposure to front‑office processes, working closely with Relationship Managers, Business Management and Digital Transformation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily front‑office activities and client interactions.
• Document and improve wealth‑management workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Participate in digitalisation projects by testing front‑office tools, dashboards and client‑engagement platforms.
• Research industry best practices, client needs and emerging digital solutions in wealth management.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial services.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑starter with curiosity about both finance and technology.
