Private Tax Associate / Consultant

About the role

Join EY’s Private Tax practice as an Associate/Consultant, delivering cross‑jurisdictional tax, wealth transition and family governance advice to high‑net‑worth individuals, families and family‑owned businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on family office, family governance and succession planning.
• Support client servicing and act as a point of entry for tax and wealth‑related issues.
• Assist business development initiatives and contribute to engagement delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to offer holistic advice to family businesses and their advisors.
• Participate in tax compliance work and support strategic client projects.

Required profile

• University degree in law, tax, finance or business.
• At least 1 year of experience in professional legal services, tax advisory, finance or a related field (3 years for Consultant level).
• Experience serving wealthy individuals or business families, preferably in a multinational professional services firm.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
