Process Integration Engineer

About the role

Micron is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive yield, quality, and output improvements for its NAND Flash production line. The role blends experimental design, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth fab operations and continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams (PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD) to improve product yields and reliability.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments aimed at enhancing fab processes, yield, and quality.
• Collect and interpret complex data sets to optimize processes and increase yields.
• Lead or support cross‑area engineering teams in solving process issues.
• Communicate module‑related issues to fab engineering and leadership.
• Partner with global teams to align on module topics and process projects.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools into daily work to boost efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and impact.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron’s business.
• Ability to apply digital fluency and AI literacy responsibly.
