Process Project Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

The Process Project Engineer will lead and coordinate capital‑expenditure (CAPEX) projects, equipment installations and process improvement initiatives at the Coca‑Cola Singapore plant. You will be responsible for hands‑on site acceptance testing, commissioning, qualification and performance reviews to ensure the plant operates efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX investments, equipment installations, and process improvement projects across the plant.
• Conduct site acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) and performance verification.
• Review and optimise manufacturing processes, recommending innovative methods to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor continuous‑improvement programmes, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in all work centres and plant facilities.
• Provide engineering support to all plant functions and maintain facility integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution, equipment installation, commissioning and validation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to deliver system enhancements and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis and preventative measures.
• Team‑oriented attitude, ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
