Procurement Buyer – Executive Level

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Procurement Buyer to join our team at ENVIPURE PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island. The role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing for our operations.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse vendor, supplier, supply and price options.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts and prepare related reports.
- Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers, including qualifications, delivery times and future development potential.
- Create and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- ITE certification.
- Degree in any field, preferably engineering.
- Executive‑level experience in procurement or purchasing.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,500.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
