Procurement Executive – ACMV & Facilities Management

About the role

The Procurement Executive supports the procurement operations for the company's Air‑Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Facilities Management services. You will ensure timely sourcing, purchasing and delivery of materials, equipment and services while adhering to project specifications, company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from approved suppliers for ACMV and Facilities Management needs.
• Evaluate quotations on price, quality, technical compliance and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate pricing, quantities and contractual terms.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and facilities teams to define material and service requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on order confirmations, shipment status and resolve discrepancies.
• Support procurement of ACMV equipment, spare parts, maintenance materials and subcontracted services.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records in line with company procedures.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Support cost comparison, budget tracking and procurement reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoice verification and payment matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in ACMV, engineering, building services or facilities management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
