Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will support the company's procurement, inventory and logistics functions. You will be responsible for sourcing packaging materials, consumables and ad‑hoc supplies while ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, customers and internal teams. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end shipment processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase packaging materials, consumables and ad‑hoc supplies.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and replenish inventory as needed.
• Inspect incoming goods and resolve discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including lead times and reorder points.
• Update activity reports and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate shipment requests with customers, forwarders and couriers.
• Support end‑to‑end customer shipment and logistics coordination.
• Assist warehouse and dock operations when required.
• Foster good relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, administration or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
