Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across international business and administrative categories. The role will drive sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and cost‑optimization initiatives for functions such as Marketing, IT, Administration, and Labor.

Key responsibilities

• Own full procurement lifecycle for multiple categories, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics, cost structures, and project‑specific cost drivers to uncover sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain supplier databases and cost models, performing cost‑driver analysis to support informed decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional and regional teams to deliver innovative procurement solutions.
• Identify new suppliers, technologies, and market opportunities for sustainable cost savings.
• Design and optimise procurement processes and workflows across functions and countries, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in multinational or international environments.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Technology, E‑commerce, FinTech, Banking or Fortune Global 500 companies is a plus.
• Proven capabilities in supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital/automated procurement and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) systems.
