Product Communication Strategist – Contract

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Communication Strategist to lead customer‑facing product communications, knowledge‑base management and multilingual content creation across European and Asian markets. The role bridges cultural nuances, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our global users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Help Centre and knowledge‑base projects, overseeing 600+ articles in 10+ languages.
• Develop and enforce content governance, ensuring accuracy, localization quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Compliance and Engineering to improve Help Centre architecture, navigation and searchability.
• Create, edit and proofread product documentation, FAQs, guides and announcements for global audiences.
• Translate and localize English content into French while preserving tone and market relevance.
• Maintain content within Salesforce and other customer‑engagement platforms.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French and English.
• Proven experience working onsite in both Europe and Singapore.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Understanding of sales and business‑development processes to align communication with commercial objectives.
