Product Designer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking a creative, user‑centric Product Designer to shape digital experiences for our client’s web and mobile platforms. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to turn insights and business goals into intuitive, high‑converting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process from discovery, problem definition, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing to final delivery.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups and detailed specifications using Figma.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative research—including analytics, usability testing, interviews and surveys—to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, scalable user experiences and maintain a reusable design system.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high‑quality implementation and design consistency.
• Present concepts and rationale to cross‑functional teams, conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Analyse product performance and user behaviour to continuously optimise conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product, UX or UI design with a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end projects.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and usability research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
