Product Designer L1 – Consumer Facing & Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Product Designer L1 to join its Bangkok design team. You will work on consumer‑facing and marketing‑focused products, shaping experiences that help travelers discover and book trips worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases to uncover user needs and define product requirements.
• Create, test, and iterate prototypes, gathering feedback from real users.
• Present design concepts and outcomes to peers, product managers, engineers, and leadership both asynchronously and in person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.
• Document design processes, decisions, and rationales clearly.
• Champion consistency and cohesion across the user experience.

Required profile

• Passion for solving consumer problems through thoughtful design.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
• Curiosity about data‑driven insights and how they inform design.

Required skills

• Experience running user research and discovery activities.
• Proficiency in creating and testing interactive prototypes.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and process documentation.
