Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of our digital products. The role is based in our Singapore office and involves close collaboration with engineering, design and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap together with business stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from development through operations and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, vendors and cross‑functional teams to deliver digital products.
• Use user research, analytics and product metrics to drive improvements and adoption.
• Oversee product priorities, budgets, timelines, risks and governance.
• Ensure service quality, performance, availability and operational stability of live products.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption and ongoing product enhancement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Business Analysis or Solution Design.
• Proven experience working with engineering, design and product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in cloud, design thinking, product‑centric development, service operations or incident management is a plus.
• Previous work in government, regulated sectors or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, CITPM, COMIT) is advantageous.
